Ingredients

1 jar Benjamin Twiggs Northwoods BBQ Sauce

1 bottle Benjamin Twiggs Swig

1 4 lb pork butt roast

1 tsp garlic salt

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

 

 

Directions

Combine 1 cup Benjamin Twiggs Northwoods BBQ Sauce and Twiggs Swig in crock pot.

Rub pork with garlic salt and place it in the sauce in the crock pot.  Roll the meat in the sauce.

Cook on low for 8 hours.

Take meat out and shred with 2 forks.

Reserve 3/4 cup of sauce mix from crock pot

Add 3/4 cup Benjamin Twiggs Northwoods BBQ Sauce and 2 tsp apple cider vinegar.

Combine meat with sauce and heath through.
