We know how excited you are to receive your Benjamin Twiggs cherry products order, so we make it our priority to get your order out the door within two days of receipt.  Sometimes due to product availability shipping may take longer.  We ship Monday through Friday.  Corporate and Special Event orders should call 231-947-0208 to discuss timing of orders.

Flat rate shipping (to the contiguous 48 states) is now in effect for our online orders.

Oversized boxes may be charged additional fees.  If you have a preferred delivery date, please specify in the comments section when placing your order.  While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, all efforts will be made to meet your requested date of delivery.  We do not provide an overnight shipping option.

We will ship via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service.  Your order should arrive within 2 and 5 business days.  Please allow an additional 5 days during December due to the carriers’ holiday volume.  Once an item leaves our facility it is in the hands of the carrier and we can only provide tracking information via the carrier.  Regretfully we have no control over the shipping process.

Benjamin Twiggs can not guarantee safe delivery of chocolates at any point that temperatures are over 75 degrees.  Shipping will be delayed when temperatures are over 75 degrees.  This may delay receipt of product during summer months.
