¼ c red wine vinegar ¼ c canola oil ½ c fresh parsley ¼ c red onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves 1 Tbs sugar ½ tsp oregano ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
