An easy to prepare healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
1/4 C Quick Oats
1 Egg
2 T Brown Sugar
1/4 C Milk
2 teas Cinnamon
1/4 C Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Dried Cherries or Benjamin Twiggs Unsweetened Dried Cherries
Directions
Mix ingredients in a microwave-safe coffee cup.
Microwave for 2 minutes uncovered.
Enjoy straight out of the mug!
Options:
– Pour a splash of milk on warm cake while still in mug
– Add a teaspoon of flax or chia seed to ingredients
– Use Benjamin Twiggs Dried Blueberries or Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Fruit Medley in place of dried cherries
