Michigan Breakfast Bites

Ingredients

3 bananas, mashed

1/3 c applesauce

2 c quick oats, uncooked

1/4 c skim milk

1/2 c Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Fruit Medley (or Benjamin Twiggs Michigan Dried Cherries)

3 T sunflower seeds

2 T ground flaxseed

1 t vanilla

1 T cinnamon

1 T sugar

Directions

Mix bananas, applesauce, oats, skim milk, and vanilla thoroughly.  Stir in sunflower seeds.  In a very small bowl, combine cinnamon, sugar, and flax, then add to banana mixture.  Finally, add the Michigan Fruit Medley and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Spoon by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.  Cool and serve.
